No, but I do expect a backroll to the war on drugs under Pence. I've got the money to leave, I've spent enough time there to know I like it. Why not go? Why stay and talk shit? If this is the direction America wants to head in then I have to respect that. But for me personally, I obviously disagree. So I'm out.
You can do whatever you like, I support your freedom to choose.

4 more states in the US just went legal. There is no indication yet what Trump or Pence will do regarding Marijuana. If they come out with a policy decision that says it is up to the states to decide then would you still have a beef with them? Shit, that is better than what Obama gave us for 8 years.

Canada has piles of bullshit laws just like the US does, the grass probably isnt greener over there (pun intended).

Bro who cares who is right or wrong as long as the person in charge makes America better then what it is today at the end
i have lots of respect for you because unlike the rest you never made it personal

It is what it is
Who's right or wrong doesn't matter. They're subjective concepts. I respect the process and if this is what people want. But I do not agree with the direction and I'm not just gonna sit around and cry about it. That's the beauty of freedom. I have the choice to leave.

But not necessarily the choice to stay.

Have you considered the possibility you might be over-reacting just a tad? Furthermore, if you don't even know the word for "a principal administrative division" of Canada, I don't think you're going to have an easy time. That said, if you like Michigan, you'll love Winnipeg. Go there.
Of course I have! Lol. I've wanted to move there for a while. Ive got friends there. i like the wilderness and cold. This was the last little push we needed to make the decision.

I just don't see it going that way man. I would be happy to be wrong. I'd rather go find a little farm with a spot to fish in a little further north than wait around and see.

I see...well, if you go to Winnipeg, you'll get plenty of cold. That's why the Chinese built the Rocky mountains, to give Winnipeg more frozen testicles.

I do understand Christies point of view. And I cant really argue with it.

Right now Obama is only executing the laws he likes and that is unconstitutional. He is making exceptions with immigration, drug law, etc. And I do benefit from the conflict between state and federal drug laws. His AG wont convene a grand jury against Hillary Clinton regardless of the evidence because she is too big to fail.

However, a government that only follows the laws it wants is not a democracy, it is a corrupt banana republic. Christie stated that he would have to execute all laws fairly and thus would have to go after states with legalized MMJ. - HOWEVER, if the federal government changed the federal law then Christie wouldnt care at all.

This might cause a big enough crisis to force the Republicans to get off their ass and get the laws changed in Washington.

There is nothing wrong with what you want to do. Making it about an election is the part that seems melodramatic. I dont like the cold after being born and raised near Chicago so you and I wont be sharing a lot line :} Good luck to ya though!

So you like the status quo? Quasi legal?

4 more states just went legal last night, there is no way they are stuffing this back in the bag.
I'm for total legalization, with NO restrictions except for age. The DEA can raid enough grows to put a major dent in the trade.

I wish it was just the election man lol. The election has just kind of been a confirmation of our reality. My wife is biracial and looks middle eastern as fuck. She's never been harassed about it before. All of a sudden this year she is. My Mexican looking employee (he's Samoan) has gotten harassed on the job. It does seem to me like there is a cultural shift going on here in this country and some others too. From what ive heard from my friends there, from what I've experienced in my time there. It just seems like I would be happier there.
