I mail out twice a week if you don't like it go someplace else plain and simple. I handle emails and phone calls that no other bank does. now let's move on. orders are updated till the 7th other orders will get handled tonight and Cannarado and Doc drop happen todayIf you're getting more work than you can handle, that's usually the point when you hire more help, it's called running a business. I understand a lot of "stoners" don't get how this works and they think people will continue to be patient with them, when in fact, that's failing as a business. If I gave a "one man show" line to anyone Indo work for, I wouldnt get any work and would lose the work I have.
If you want to work as a one man show, great, but if you demand people send you shit in a timely manner but don't get their shit out to them in that same timely manner...fuck off. Lol.
I just got married and had to deal with sending out save the dates, invitations, sending out vendor checks, and thank you cards for 150 people. All of these things I did in a single day(each thing took one day), on top of the fact that I know I work more than any of these seed vendors and still had to keep up with my regular work.
Like, you own a business where it's your job to take orders, package and send a product out.
You're telling me you can't fill out 100+ packages to mail out in a 9 hour work day, or you're just too lazy to actually work that much?
There is this thing called a printer you can get for like $20-30, it'll print out 1000+ packaging labels from an online database for you in like a 45 seconds to 2 min. You could get one of these instead of hiring extra help and it would also cut down time on all those "handwritten" orders and be cheap.
I've never bought from this vendor, but won't be at any point due to the fact that he seems to think it's ok to give excuses(that I would lose work for) to paying customers about how it's hard to fill out 20-30 orders a day.
Do you have any idea how many emails I have to respond to a day, how many phone calls I have to deal with, how much other work I have to do...?
No one gives a fuck about that. That is bad business practice and fucking lazy as shit. 24 hours to fill out 300 maybe 10-30 character lines for 100 addresses...if that's all I had to do for work every day I'd be done by 9am lol. I write probably 5000+ lines of code a day. Make about 50-100 trades on the stock market, build shit for my house, grow bud, walk/feed the dog, cook lunch and dinner, pay attention to my wife, upkeep a large saltwater reef tank, compose for film/TV/music, and take care of the rest of my life.
Really tired of these dudes acting like their lives are so hard because they have to mail some shit out and wait for peoples money. Lol. And the other dude with his baby, like how the fuck are you going to pay for that baby if you keep using him as a scapegoat when you're too lazy to run your business on point. Get outta here with that shit.

That's processing time, which is pretty standard and if you note is cool. But if you're saying you can't fill out all your 100 orders in a day because you're swamped and it's a lot of work, that's super lazy. Did you send out tracking numbers to all of the orders before the 7th cause I ordered on the 6th and no tracking number. Just curious if I should be expecting my order or still waiting for tracking? If you have a complaint about anything or anybody has a complaint feel free to call me directly 541-606-5544 I take calls up till 12pm pstIf everyone on here saying it takes more than a week to get shipped is lying then I'm wrong and disregard my statements, but you need to work on your customer relations and support(especially language/communication) from what I see just from the past 20 or so posts on this thread.
I just hate when people complain about their jobs.
My shitty attitude comment has to deal with this situation specifically, and not you as a person. I don't know you or any of your life so not trying to just be a condescending ass. Sorry, if it came across that way.

I've never complained about my job my only issue is the people with no patience I have people to pay with credit card and people who don't I've got all kinds of crap to sort out with orders from wrong ZIP and wrong mailing addresses. I have to call people to clarify their orders. I am going to help toby and all of you guys out this afternoon. I am going over and getting him setup to print shipping labels in an effort to lesson his work load some. Its like the boards at the shows when he was small it worked find but now it is to much to write out.
What I've noticed in my experience is that no one has patience when it comes to their money unless the sum is insignificant to them lol. I haven't bought from you, and with your shitty attitude, I won't be at any point. I buy 10-20 packs at a time(sometimes with multiple orders in a day) so the fact that my order on its own would fuck your game up is no bueno, lol.
Good luck running your business, lol. Seen many seed banks spouting the same shit go under. If you can't run your business in a way that works for your clientele they won't be around for long. I just noticed you also mentioned your kids keeping you busy in a post... You and sour patch both using your kids as excuses. Keep in mind your customers are who feed those kids.
