ARE THEY TOO SMALL? 4 WEEKS OLD

So, first of all this is my first time growing weed, I started with 4 "Auto New York City" seeds, and I want to know what I can do better, I am growing in a small closet as you can see in the picture, but what I really wanted to know, is if they are too small for 4 weeks old? :/
PS: I am using Bio Grow to feed them.

I am growing in a soil that I bought in one shop near my house

Is it because of the soil?

they look very dry. spray them with clean water, don't run the fan.

Ya man you are way behind the ball on these you need a soil that is all around organic like fox farms ocean forest or happy frog it looks like they are in mulch with that said right now they are struggling to do anything you should not be feeding until the second or third true leaves feeding to early can stunt out growth I hope this helps and read read read read trial and error first grows should be BAG SEEDS until you get a grasp of how to give you're plants the best environment here are my plants at 51 days from seed white widow and pure kush

First of all,thank you very much, secondly, maybe it's because of the containers? and my lights too, I use 2 economic bulbs in a small closet, where can I get that type of soil, btw I am from Portugal

You need better soil, better drainage and better lights.

Need more light, they're stretching like crazy, and probably better soil. Depending on the soil makeup, you also probably don't need to be feeding them yet.

Can you advice me a cheap light setup for this closet? and the soil?

Online order they will ship and I'd start using 3 or 4 23w cfl bulbs equivalent to 100w output this would help if you can't get like what I have for veg I use a 250 HID MH for veg 600 HPS for flower the containers would need a change for better air flow to soil I use smart pots also online practice makes you better but never perfect when gardening because things differ from strain to strain I hope this helps man

Not everyone is growing legally so what your asking is slightly on the suspicious side.

Your plants are way behind for four weeks, look into a different medium. Something that's suited to cannabis.

Check out hps or LED lights on eBay.

How did you germ your seeds?
Temperature? What soil are you currently using?
PH?
