New to auto flowers help plz

my autos are 3 weeks old and are still about 5 inches tall one is 4 inches ph is 7.2 no food yet there still dark green.... light is a 250 watt led also they are showing sex ill post a pic but idk if yall well see the white hairs all 3 are females 2 are ak47 and 1 is pineapple express advice would be great when do they take off in growth thanks guysIMG_1249.JPGIMG_1252.JPG IMG_1253.JPGIMG_1250.JPG

Plants generally never "take off" in growth until you start the flowering stage. Then they get bursts of growth really, really fast.

With that weak lighting you have though, I wouldn't expect huge burst of growth at all. That's not really enough light to be doing that many plants. I don't think I would attempt more than 1 or 2 with that lighting. It gets so spread out so fast it's just too weak to really make a plant take off at all.
