Do brown hairs usually start at the bottom?

When in flowering, do the hairs usually turn brow at the bottom of the plant and make their way up?
My purple haze(sativa) has some white hairs on the bottom of it but the top is almost all white hairs. Is it normal?

ive had strains that do this, generally they r sativa dominant i believe, nothing to worry about. Also some sativa strains will continue to produce white pistols even when ripe so its best to check the trichromes.

Ok thanks, but at the top nearly 95% hairs are white so do you think it is too late to crop it yet?

no way for me to tell you, haze's generally need 10+ weeks to flower
