Thanks man! Not sure of the ppm yet, just tap water and the bottle recommend amount. Beings it looks like this project might work out in gonna order a meter soon.Wow didn't notice that under pics never mind
beware of the gh feeding schedule & young plants my first grow I over fed ,not enough to kill the plant but enough that I got mutated leaves & growth stopped a ppm meter would of saved me a lot of grief 1/4 strength is a good precaution but at some point you're gonna have to reliably increase the nute level & get it to go hand- in- hand with your plants progress I've learned a few things but I've got a ways to go fortunately I had good support from people that had experience that being said dwc is really where it's atThanks man! Thanks for the warning and precautions! I will definitely pickup a meter. Gonna play it safe in the meantime. Glad to have u guys as a resource. Il probably have a million questions during this experiment. I'm still fascinated how a plant can grow and thrive in oxygenated water! Even though they've been doing this for probably thousands of years. Good stuff. you're gonna like this stuff it's kind of trippy I used this cheapie meter that came with one of those drinking water filters i didn't trust it & got a more expensive one then one day just for kicks I compared both meters & there was only a 30 ppm. difference in their readings the cheapie tops out at 1000 ppm. but you can in all reality do a whole grow using this meter how many gallons do you mix at a time? if you p/m me a cool address/ po box I could send you this meter or hook up somehowThanks for the warning and precautions! I've been mixing 2 gallons at a time, about half the bucket. So 1/2 tsp of each of the three nutes. Il probably hold off and buy a meter on Monday. I definitely appreciate the offer! We will have to get together one of these days anyhow. Let me know if you hear of any striper being caught on new hogan, was thinking they should start biting when the weather cools. I'm gonna take a ride over to hogan in the next few days & im wanting to go down to my old stomping grounds in the delta by spring I'll have my boat up in a way I miss my old aluminum boats I've owned both a Gregor & valco in 14 ft. 20 hp. & 25 hp. they work very well on the grow scene I found mold yesterday n the lower level of my plant I'll probably look into a different strain possibly blue dream or green crack as well as chemdawg 4 I sprayed & added a fan for the lower foliage & now run heat at nightI've been mixing 2 gallons at a time, about half the bucket. Let me know how the fishing Is and if there's any bites. I do enjoy my 14' valco. Perfect for me and the lady. Starts to get uncomfortable after 6+ hrs of trolling. I learned the hard way to take the best care of my meters possible as they do get expensive the largest trout I've ever caught came from melones I'm thinking I caught the mold in time & now that I'm aware of it I'll watch it closer how is the quality of the blue dream? the pics look niceLet me know how the fishing Is and if there's any bites. That's a bummer about the mold. Hope u caught it in time, those are all great strains. I still haven't gotten around to getting a ppm meter. Couldn't believe the cheapest was $90 at the store! Il probably order a $40 Hannah brand today.
Here's a catch from melones last weekend. Trolling @100' down

I do like the blue dream allot. Even though I've stressed these plants they are making some dense quality nugs.I learned the hard way to take the best care of my meters possible as they do get expensive the largest trout I've ever caught came from melones I'm thinking I caught the mold in time & now that I'm aware of it I'll watch it closer how is the quality of the blue dream? the pics look nice
Stripers will hit lures & bait in colder water that makes largemouth bass lethargic I'm wanting to try drifting live bluegill there I've seen pics of some nice stripers taken thereI've been mixing 2 gallons at a time, about half the bucket. I was wondering about that with the cold weather approaching, some big fish being caught close there! I trolled it deep around June. Using rapalas behind dodgers and didn't get a single bite. Hopefully Il catch my first striper soon. My boats ready . A saw a guy caught a 9lb rainbow from cherry lake last weekend. Good time of year to be out with the temp changesStripers will hit lures & bait in colder water that makes largemouth bass lethargic I'm wanting to try drifting live bluegill there I've seen pics of some nice stripers taken there
are you using gh 3-part ? & if so do you have the feeding schedule they give away at most hydro shops & are you using cal- mag ? My tap water is so low in ppm(about 35+-) I have to use it or I get that light color I would keep an eye out for distorted leaves either fatter than normal or the serrated jagged edges looking rounded off those roots look nice I don't get much ph. change so I try to feed around 5.9 -6.0 it looks like that r/w block is gonna work just fineDWC update:
Getting good quick root growth
