Foxtails? Very curly leaves and nw foxtails.

Hello everyone, i have 3 7 months plants acually in flowering. 2 of them are in one pot and the other alone. The 2 in single pot have very curly leaves and now its showing foxtails. I dnt have any idea abt the strain.

I have planted in composted soil mixed with vermiculite and some cow manure.

I now feed them with granulated bloom fertiliser mixed in water to which i add some biofertilising bacteria such as nitrogen fixing bacteria, potasium solubilising bacteria, phosphorus mobilising bacteria, amino acid and kelp.
sometimes i would skip the granules and go only with bioferts and sometimes with molasses and at other times only water.

I dnt know if i did it 100% bio coz i add granules bt its the first time i tried it and am convinced abt the eficiency of those bacteria.

I think overall am satisfied with my first bio grow but nw am having to make a decision and i need more expert opinions before deciding to cut them or not.

I notice since a week foxtails in the twin plants. The buds are not that well formed and not big but there are loads of them. My worry is should i wait more to let them bulk up if ever they will or should i cut the twins as they would nt gain weight?

Also i notice on all 3 trichomes nt present on leaves bt only on pistils. I have 2x600w hps parabolic and 2x75w uvb light on for 8hrs.

I am doing the pics rite nw with only uvb lights on. hope to get your honest opinions

Yes, you can google pics, and I have had someone on this forum show me their plants. I believe it was @RM3. 3 plants in one pot is technically one root ball, so I guess in some states you can get away with growing a few more plants this way.

Thats was more than likely one plant with multiple branches on the mainstem. I have a plant that looks loke there are 5 growing in one pot but its one plant one seed. First rule of thumb never put 2 seeds in one pot. The roots fight for space and when they get older eventually, if not seperated they will kill eachother. Thats why you are having foxtails

Not true. You can certainly grow more than one plant per container. Multiple plants have nothing to do with the foxtailing. The plants look to be very sativa which can be part of the cause. They also look nute and heat stressed a bit. Also contributing to the foxtailing. Some of the pics look like its possibly trying to reveg. But it could just be the sativa dominance. You may want to cut back on the UVB a bit to help relieve some of the stress.

No it wasn't, I know what training a plant looks like thank you. It was 3 different plants in one pot. Is it the best way? no, probably not. Can it be done, hell yes. Does a newb need to be using one pot for 3 plants? probably not. Especially not a 6 month veg or w/e OP's veg time is. There are plenty of people I see in commercial grows that still use 1-3 gallons for large mothers. There are ways to keep your roots happy in a small pot and not create issues, you just haven't been taught them yet.

A few local growers once told me to flush for 14 days..... If you could grow a budding fruit or vegetable, why couldn't you grow bud?

Ok well if your other plant that you have in one pot with one plant isnt foxtailing and the other pot that u have 2 plants in is foxtailing what does that tell you!? Hello rootball because the roots do not have enough room for seperation. They are growing together. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to know this. Look at your plant that u hv in 1 pot alone versus the other. Not a very bright idea

And if u seen 2 weed plants in one pot then i could def tell ya for 1 it was probably a massive pot and for 2 there was certainly what you would call a soil/ root divider. There is no way that you could put 2 weed plants in 1 pot and expect not to have problems. Come on bro thats a rookie mistake

I'm no rookie, and fruit and vegetables do bud.....rookie! There were no root dividers at all. I love it when people tell me what I know. @RM3 will you please show us some pics when you see this.

( Bud is a horticulture term, not just a cannabis term. )
