OBAMA - reason number one to VOTE

Obama voted to *fund* the war (the troops, really). He didn't vote to *start* the war. McCain and Hillary both voted to allow Bush to begin a war. I don't know if Biden did or not, but since he's not at the top of the ticket and Obama isn't as old as Moses, I don't care as much about him.

I thought of an interesting scenario this morning. Palin's under investigation for corruption now. From the headers of the emails she has refused to release, there are 40-50 highly suspicious emails. Let's assume she's convicted of corruption, and goes to jail, then McCain wins. Couldn't he just pardon her, pop her out of prison, and restore the VP position for her? Obviously, the American people wouldn't be pleased at him using his power of pardon in that way, to override justice, but he *could* do it, right?

His arms are that way due to injuries he sustained as a result from his beatings and torture. When shot down, his arms were broken and during his internment as a POW his arms were broken again. When he eventually received medical care, his arms were not set properly. McCain is a poor candidate for POTUS because of his voting record and stances, but laughing about a former POW's disabilities due to his torture is in bad taste IMO.

snl was funny last night,will fortes stash fell off once in the swim meet and he and phelps both screwed up there lines a few times,it was a good show

Eh, I like SNL okay, but Michael Phelps was pretty bad. I don't think being a comedic entertainer is really his thing. The NON-Phelps parts were decent, but I had to fast-forward through Phelps once I saw how bad he was. He looked, pardon the pun, like a fish out of water. Heh.
