So yeah ,went on to order Larry og kush they had"available" Got an email saying they ran out and I had to choose a different strain,but they had my money and I had to choose something I didn't want,sfv-og,which is run of the mill og imo,so I figured they might hook me with a nice freebie I menhtioned I'd like the cannalope haze for my troubles and their lack of keeping proper inventory,NOPE, just some white widow a strain I cant even smoke due to anxiety.SOOOOO , I go peek in on their site,whats in stock less than 3 weeks after...LARRY OG REGS.motherfuckers!!!!!! so pissed thought I'd write about it.ok I feel better now...but not really.fuckn HERBIES stopped allowing cards so I dunno.fuck seedsman

It is what it is. That literally happens with online retailers overseas and us based, cannabis and non cannabis.

What is there to complain about? I'm sure they didn't force you to buy the other strain. Most of the time they offer refund or something of equal value.

So they didn't take your money and scam you, actually sent the product and gave you a freebie even though it wasn't what you wanted. Sounds like they did a decent job to me.

Shit happens and they did the right thing.

I've never ordered from seedsman. Just saying shit happens. It happens all the time when ordering something.

You kind of throwing a lot of drama around saying fuck them when they really didn't do you wrong.

Anyone that's lived long enough has had a hiccup with a order or transaction. They didn't screw you over and run with the money. they didn't even just send something without asking.

I bet their email asked if you wanted a refund or a different strain. It is what it is. We all are human. We all made mistakes and its the whole reason for customer service at stores.

They handled it professional. What else do you want?

Grow up a little and realize shit happens and they really didn't do anything wrong.

I would suggest using a pm and then doing it through email. Actually doing it through the site is a no no.

trading or gifting of seeds on the forum is strictly against the terms of use of the site grower's won..

if it makes you feel any better, i've grown the larry og from cali con, and it wasn't my fave strain by far.. for starters, i wasn't crazy about the flavor of the lemon which it is known for.. secondly, it's not the biggest yielder i've grown, and lastly, there's much better og's out there imvho.. you should check out tahoe og if you're interested in growing something from cali con, which i believe who makes that larry you were talking about..

i forgot to mention, but i tend to agree with white on this.. sure, it sucks when you order something only to find out after you've placed your order that it's out of stock, but i'm sure most places work hard on updating their inventory so things like this don't happen very often..
also, sure, you might not have gotten your first choice, again, something that does happen from time to time, but they did send you and you received an alternative item that you decided was a good enough substitute for the out of stock first choice.. if you weren't happy about having to make a second choice, i'd think cancelling your order and ordering from else where shouldn't have been a very big deal..

I haven't ordered from them but have grown some of their gear. They work with breeders and sell gear under the seedsman name. I love the seedsman white widow. Good sativa dominant plant. I like their Hawaiian skunk haze. It was a freebie at herbies but was awesome smoke. 16 week haze.

I usually go with herbies because I always get what I order without any hassle so I'm really pissed because the one time I go with seedsman it's a week before they notify me that a change needs to be made when I assumed it was already on it's way since they emailed me and said the order went through so I'm waiting and then I get an email telling me sorry we're out of Larry and ya gotta choose differently.Fact is I have little time to get the seeds started.Big enough to clone and then flower to sex the clones before my outdoor season starts.So imo seedsmansucks ass and I'm going to spit the truth when they fuck up so maybe just maybe they'll fix their issues and do better maybe not but forums are just that a place to talk about shtuf that is awesome and sometimes not.Pees have a great day.So that white widow is good huh?

Herbies has always done me right and even replace seeds that didn't germ even though they say they wont.

The vault is good and sponsor here. I have got seeds as quick as 7 days from them and average about the same as herbies. 7-12 days.

I have dealt with seedsman about emailing them about some strain history and if they still carried them. the answered within a day. I don't know why it took a week to get back to you. It is something that happens from time to time.

If your attitude is any indication of how you acted towards them, remember cussing and stuff doesn't really help. The right attitude and words go a long ways. Just as an example herbies resent a whole order because of a problem. I got a double order just because of the way I handled it.

I usually order 2 to 3 hundred bucks of seeds at a time.

I am not trying to make you look bad or anything. Just trying to get you to understand that they really didn't do you wrong. Next time just get a refund. It can happen again even with herbies or other top seed banks. Right now herbies is taking cash or money order only.

they are not lazy dude. You know how many orders places like seedsman and herbies go through a day? It is the same as any place that ships orders. I am not rich. That is what I spend a year.

I am writing a book. Mr fast fingers? I don't know about that. I took keyboarding in high school a long time ago.

Anyways. It was a simple hiccup and can happen with any company you order from, including Amazon and companies like it. Seriously.

I'm not telling you to order from Seedsman again. Just saying no need to fly off the deep end about it. They did the right thing. Keep this in mind for next year, from thanksgiving through Christmas is a bad time to order. Lots of orders and the mail system is overloaded. Right before planting season is another bad time to order.

Just know that it very well could happen again with Herbies or any other seed company. It could happen with Amazon, ebay or any online vendor. It happens.

Anyways, did you get your seeds started? Start a thread, I would genuinely like to see it.

Sorry to hear about your troubles bud. I've never ordered from seedsman before but I hear that they have a really good Northern Lights so I was always interested in them. Hopefully if I ever pull the trigger my experience goers a little more smoothly than yours did. I've only ordered overseas from Attitude/Choice in the past but recently I rolled the dice and ordered from Seed Supreme for the first time and am waiting on that order to arrive. Who knows? Maybe you'll see my "Fuck Seed Supreme" post in a few weeks. Ha ha, I kid. Good luck with those beans you did get though.

Just pointing out that it was most likely a random accident that can happen with any company.

What did you get instead of the larry? Did you get the sfv or something else? Did they germ?

I would give that ww a chance. A few of my friends liked it the best out of a few strains I ran at the time. I ended up ordering a couple ten packs of reg seedsman ww.

Sam the skunk man is one breeder for seedsman strains. They work with a couple others. Next time on herbies or other seedbanks if you look they will carry seedsman gear.
