For those who were interested in following my girls after heavy defoliation by a noob

I have a nice LA Con pheno. They do have a rather strong height ceiling and I have not been able to get mine over 4 ft.
Very straight Indica strain. Very classic Indica growth and look to them!
They can tolerate higher feed rates......When I did synthetic runs, I would feed them daily with lower ratio NPK value spread....Off the top of my head - about 3-2-3 and at the flip, bumped it to 3.5-2.6-3.5. I tried a bloom of 3-4-5 and that worked well also! At week 4 I would add a PK boost of 0-5-7 and had success with a different boost of the opposite of 0-7-5 as well (I liked the first value better though).....Ran that through week 7 and stopped the boosting...I like higher K levels all grow long!

This was done in soil.....Solo cups were not feed as the soil is my base organic - lasts 30 days. Feeding began in 3 gal pots after 20 days and they finished in the 3 gal pots. Yields are nice too!

That help?
Yup sure does thank you very much

I may have done some runs testing a "slam" boosting at weeks 5, 6, 7 with a 0-9-19. Once a week only and I would have to dig back in my notes for like 6 or more years ago for details on that......I'm pretty sure it didn't do a whole lot for them, or I might not have done it to that strain....I do know I was doing some testing with that "slam" boosting at that time..

I'll look if would like to know....

So anyone git anything to say about these girls now? it suprised the shit out of me just how fast they are recovering. The old man mught just have something with this! I did go overboard and i still a little iffy about what the final outcome will be, but im feeling better about it every night. if you take a close look at the ones in the back you still mught be able to get close enough to see the thickness of my main cola branches. not to mention the others that have been there fir a bit, they are not as thick but still growing and are impressive. In the future i will take it easy and be more on the ball with the technique but i dint see me growing wuth hps in the summer. Yes i plan to grow indoor all year and harvest in between traditional ones.
I know im kinda got fat head at the moment if i dont fuck em again that is.

Look good glad they working for ya buddy again I believe in defoliation just wouldn't go as hard as you did know they'll bounce back but thought you'd have better luck if running co2 and silica

Well i am kinda using co2, i have a small propane heater in there durung the dark cycle. i leave just the pilot on my buddy did it for years swares by it as long as you keep it above the girls. During veg and even now just not as much i spritzed them with seltzer water, i kniw sounds hoky, but thats how my canopy got out if control in the first place.
But i was told for my first grow to use these two strains cause if thier very resilient, mildew and mold resistant as well as insects dint bother them i guess at least i havent seen any.
i do have one that has me concerned, it is starting to brown spot on a few leafs. its the only one im having issues with its short kinda ok but i thinkin it may be a different strain, i run my room cold 70 with 35-40% rh at the momentduring veg a little hotter and humid 75/80 60%rh but time will tell

What he Is saying is if you defoliate half of the plants and left half of them with leaves. We could see the difference at the end. Hes not saying do half of one plant lol
