Fungus Gnats

Hey guys I was wondering if having a fungus gnat problem can actually kill some of your plants. Ive read around and read different opinions some saying theyre harmless and some saying they can actually do some damage. Im having problems with some of my plants im growing in coco, using tap water that sits over night and is oxygenated, I use cocoteks advanced nutrient schedule with a ph of the water going in anywhere from 5.9-6.4 and runoff at about 5.6. Temps with the lights on 82-84 and off 68-70. Im in week 4 of flower and my fan leaves have begun to severely yellow on a select few of my plants. My others seem to be doing ok, which is why Im suspecting the gnats. Any opinions?

Put a fan on your grow and stop overwatering your medium. Don't water for 4-5 days starting now. After your medium dries out, only water every 3-5 days. They will go away.

5.6 is a little low to have your pH at in a solid medium. Get it up to 6.0.
