No haven't seen Woody around for awhile now and MD914 stopped growing :sad:..I still talk to her every now and then..she's just been busy with life

I was told a Querkle...but to b honest no I don't know for sure...was given the seeds by an old buddy who doesn't grow n jus had a lil stash of seeds he'd found in sacks along the way...she was definitely a unique plant...color and smell...

Yes I use a mixed spectrum of CFLs for Veg and flower...I had an Advanced LED light for a grow or two at one point n I liked it...but I'm not using LED at the moment n not for any of the plants pictured above...to b honest my buds seemed smaller w the LED... Awesome for Veg tho...I use smart pots n I swear by em... In my soil I mix in some Compost/Manure(a bag of mix I jus buy at Lowe's/Home Depot)...I throw in a dash if worm castings... Dolomite Lime... Epson Salt...n a couple other organic nutes I've picked up along the way...then jus hit em w str8 tap water til they look hungry...w the way I mix my soil it'll carry em quite a ways...but when I do feed I top dress w that soil mix I jus explained and or I have Fox Farm nutrients...u can look em up I got the trio...my advice is jus keep it simple man...less is more most of the time...happy plants produce well...but if ur jus startin out jus get a plant in some dirt n learn to water...I know it sounds ridiculous but jus somthin as simple as learning to water(when to and when not to) is key...I think so anyway... good luck man I hope it works out for u....here's a plant i had under the LED...Vegged like a beast...I wasn't too happy w the buds tho when I flowered...they were Dank as fuck...but size was small... coulda been the strain or pheno...but idk...I'll use one again some day I'm sure...hit me up man if u have any questions I'll try n help...but not about ppm's or pH or none if that shit...I jus keep it as simple as possible and have found what works for me...that might not work for everyone else...

ty for the response mr.vega2...I'm gonna keep it simple on my first grow and use cocoa coir(coca or soil?????) and nutrients!!! so far i have roughly 450w's of 6500k,5000k,2700k mix of bulbs(bout 22 bulbs) in a 20"*36"*48" diy grow box!! oh yea..have u ever used a UV/IR cfl bulb?? once again ty and growers love!!! may ur buds b beautiful and plentyfull!!!!!

3 1/2 weeks...
Scanned plant 2day for PreFlowers to determine sex... Female is the verdict...saw several Female PreFlowers n some w white hairs already spittin...not sure yet how long ima Veg before I flip the lights...at least two more weeks...I'm not in a rush...still no toppin or trainin of any kind...jus lettin her go, I've nvr not trained a plant so I'm curious to see the results...

Some of her leaves are like 12/13 fingered fan leaves... Genetics?
Healthy n fast growing plant?...I've read both...Ima say it's a combo of both..

She's wantin to flower... White hairs spittin all throughout...Ima let her go another week at least...Allow some of those branches n tops to get a lil more established... She's gonna be a nice one...I can visualize how she's gonna flower n stack up n it's lookin pretty...:weed::eyesmoke::bigjoint:

How many watts of CFL are you going to run in flower?,, actual watts,,

I do like your soil mix,, i like not having to ph my water ,, i like not having to check pps or tdds,, I also like not having to mix expensive nutes,, besides with a good soil mix you only end up with toxitcity and nute burn most times, Keep it simple works so good

do you usually run 1 plant at a time?,,, what is your typical harvest dry wieght from your set up?

most of us around here have experience with the cheapo China Blurple leds,, what a dissapointment they often turn out to be, burnt out diodes, run hot, loud fans,, they are nothing like the COB panels around here,,, you are better off with CFLs than those blurple things,,

going to be fun to watch your grow keepup the good work

I average round 300actual CFL watts per plant...N depending on how long I veg/plant size etc on harvest n total watts as well...So another "average" is 4ozs dried n cured... Usually...Give or take a lil...N yeah fuck LEDs...Good for Veg tho...n yeah usually one plant at a time...I've been known to run two but usually one..
