I've never posted in this section
I rarely scroll any farther than seed and strains
Here where I'm from we don't tell people we grow and I have only one or two friends in real life haha
So I'm forced to turn to the the evil inter web to talk shop with like minded individuals
I'm just barely on the wrong side of 30 with a wife 3 kids and 2stepkids I honestly have lived an interesting life by anyone's standards
Not a very successful man due to poor life choices but to me that's relative bc I'm very blessed to be where I am today
I used to be wild but literally don't leave the house very often these days I'm unemployed at the moment so I spend all my time with the kids and trying to grow some herb
Marijuana is medicine for me but I use recreationally also
I've been growing for almost seven years and refuse to quit
Growing is my passion much more than a hobby to me

Is this safe to share grow info from an illegal state?? Just wondering

Our stories are almost identical except I am an old school smoker from the 80's...made some bad choices (as a youngster) and had no choice but to stop or go to jail..probably a blessing in disguise, fast forward 30 years, and now that I know what I've learned through trial and error...I realize I'm not a victim of circumstances but a survivor of hard times which made me who I am today. I am blessed over and above. I have 2 grown sons who I cherish and now I am free to learn and experiment about growing my own medicine. I'm hoping to become an active member once I learn how to use this forum properly. I've been reading and have learned a lot from everyone. I've had one successful grow for a newbie. Not perfect, but better than I expected. I found it very rewarding and therapeutic. Unfortunately, most of the people in my life don't understand either. It's kind of frustrating when the world says it's ok to take pills prescribed by a physician but it's not okay to medicate with cannabis...really?? Shouldn't even be a debate. In hopes that educating people will get their blinders off legalizing across the globe affecting prison population, overdose statistics and addictions. I'm excited to be apart of this forum and ready to join in.. learn and GROW! ✌

I'm a newbie here, in Texas too. Hoping we can get medical available here before too long.

Dabbled in growing in the past, but looking to get back into it now that I've lost my connection - it's been 6 long months :(

I'd love more details about what you do! :)

I hope it works out too. I'm reading about the future attorney general nominee and I sure hope he doesn't make it.
I don't have a connect either and would prefer not to go out into places that are high risk or dangerous and shouldn't have to when I can produce it myself. But then again this is Texas and unfortunately it is what it is...which means putting my family & dogs in harms way if I grow. So dumb! When the real criminals are the pharmaceutical companies and the cartel is getting the profits because of "the war on drugs". All dumb imo!!
I have a question for you. Do you think writing on this forum is risky? I've never been on a forum before so idk a lot about how it works. Just seems like the law could have a field day on here.
