So, I have some time to submit some of the committee nominations. Since I have no orchestra or emcee, I shall begin without further ado.
In the category of Picture of Yourself Thread, best picture, this years nominee is @lahadaextranjera
I'm afraid there is no other serious competition on this one, on to the next category.
The "Community Service Award" nomination is: @.nobody.
.nobody. provides a valuable service by providing likes to posts that are 'like challenged'. It's .nobody.'s business to provide likes to those who might not otherwise get them. A true community servant!
This years nomination for Mr. Congeniality goes to: @jerryb73
Jerry is a classy family guy from the southeastern quadrant who never has anything bad to say about anyone. It is believed that when he was a little kid, the older guys wouldn't teach him any swear words and it kind of carried over into adulthood.
Nominated for Best Food and Grilling pictures category is: @Gary Goodson
Gary did learn all the swear words as a young man and went on to create some totally new ones. He also pioneered the 'Dix Test' for vetting new members and continues to be the 'under boss' of TnT. He also cooks wonderful food and is happy to share tips and recipes.
In the Artistic Talent category, music division, the nominee is: @tyler.durden . A musician who plays stringed instruments with a bow, Tyler also excels at chasing down mainliner socks with a Simon Wiesenthal-like tenacity, with multiple kills on his resume. The Artistic Talent, art division, this years nominees are: @Dr.Amber Trichome and @Bob Zmuda , both of whom display enormous talent. They could start an art gallery thread, but they both know that as when you have talent, it shows. Moving on...
A group nomination for the West Coast Intelligence Caucus and Think Tank, consisting of @cannabineer , @curious2garden , and @Singlemalt . Some simple words of advice: Don't fuck with the senior members. They've been around a long time, were partying and productive members of society while many of you were still watching Sesame Street. A while back, some snotty poster got a little smart with Singlemalt. A special courier delivered 2 dead fish in meat wrapping paper to the poster's keyboard. He hasn't posted since.
A special 'Lifetime Achievement Award' nomination goes to @UncleBuck . The only person to break the sound barrier with over 100,000 posts and the only one with over 50,000 likes. He's also a cool guy (if he hasn't touched you inappropriately). He also has a large penis. Well, he told me he has a large penis. I've only actually seen one penis here, and that particular penis is very famous and did appear to be large.
Another special lifetime achievement award, the 'I Still Believe I Can Fly Award' goes to the elusive @mr sunshine . Sunshine was last seen on an island somewhere in the South Pacific having a drink with another person who also can fly.
The nomination for the most legible, easily understood posts goes to @StonedFarmer . He does a remarkable job to even get his computer turned on many nights, everything he manages to type is a bonus. I translate Canadian in my spare time, so I never have a problem.
The 'Most Impressive Worker' nomination goes (by default) to the omnipotent @420God .
He is an army of one, like the commercial used to say. With the best looking family in the state, he hit the lotto without buying a ticket.
The nominaton for 'Most Missed Member' (and that's NOT a play on words) is pretty much a lock. Pinworm was caught in a crossfire in politics a couple weeks before the election and was tragically lost.
Perhaps the biggest loser was @Blue Wizard who was left standing at the alter. It was a cool thread earlier this year and would have been a fabulous reception. Everyone remains crushed.

shown here will serving time with Pinworm earlier this year, Uncle's content is 2nd to none here, and if you don't 'get' his posts, it's probably because they're over your head. The better part of 2 decades in school will do that. The nominating committee openly salutes this member.

Now, it's no secret that @abe supercro has had an off year. Like a baseball player that historically hit .300, abe slumped to .250 last season but after intensive study I have finally figured out why, once and for all. It all started when this intruder snuck into the site on the background of a WiIford Brimley pic
This intruder may have caused Brimley's diabeeetus and may have hacked Abe's account. This is largely unconfirmed but the preliminary data points in that direction. Study continues.
Another embattled member, @bu$hleaguer has had a past addiction problem of snorting dried penis of various races. I can announce today that mr. leaguer has completed the Greenbrier 12 step Dried penis Addiction program and NOT snorted dried penis in over 2 years. And to this I say, One day at a time, bu$hy, one day at a time. He may still have an addiction problem with live anus, not that there's anything wrong with that.
AND, I have it from the highest sources that President Obama himself will, on Jan. 19, be pardoning Pinworm, Abe and Bu$hy of all crimes against RIU as his final act in office.
