My first grow. Excited but worried. Would really appreciate some help. I guess I'll brake down the specs.

They're bag seeds growing in a makeshift open grow box. About 3 weeks from sprout. Using Heavy 16 VEG nutes as indicated on label. Happy frog soil. Soil pH 6.0. (No ppm meter) been under 24 hrs light. 6 hrs sunlight and 18 undr 2ft ×4 t5 lights. Stay between 73°f and 80°f. Humidity usually 45% to 55% but has gone as low as 30%. They were in 1 quart cups. Transplanted to 9" sqr pots yesterday to see if they could use up fresh soil and avoid overfeeding them nutrients from the Heavy 16 product. Topped both a week ago. Just after is when they started to look kinda funky. Tried spraying more water on\around plants.IMG_20161227_134602.jpg IMG_20161227_134633.jpg

I wouldnt spray water on the plant. It looks like they may be showing signs of over watering to me. Roots swell up like pruned fingers in the bath tub and can't absorb nutrients properly. It stunts the plants growth and they droop.

OK. Thanks dude. I'll keep that in mind. What do you think of the new leaves growing next to cotyledons on the smaller plant?

the wrinkly texture and twisting of the leaves makes be believe they have been slightly over-nute....I would suggest backing off the nutes for a bit

you are burning your leaves with the nitrogen in your nutes. I'd cut your mix in half.
1 gallon dirt does not need one gallon of water. a quart better.

Check. I'll cut my veg nutes down to half. No more spraying water unto them. And no more over-watering. I appreciate it guys.
