I had a buddy who grew in his basement but was to lazy to block out the little bit of sun light that came in from the window in the next room, after about three months he had about one bowl of whispy ass bud. So technically yes the plant will flower but not much better than OP's plants.

although i agree with u, if your buddy was that lazy i'm sure more then that light was involved in the shitty grow.

most folks consider small holes as light leaks, not a window.

What are your night temps?
How far away is your light from the tops of your plants?
Have you adjusted your NPK ratios to compensate for flowering?
Are your pots sat on a concrete floor?

my night time temp is around 19-21 day time is about 24 steady
i run my light at night time and keep it of during day time as its getting into summer and will be too hot if i do it the other way round i thought
(light is about 2-3 feet away i usauly just put my hand in front of it and keep it low as i possibly can without it feeling hot on my hand under it ) round were the plant tops would b)

my humidty meter always changes from 40% to 65% max its a tin shed so yeah is that allgood ?

also what do u mean by Have you adjusted your NPK ratios to compensate for flowering ? i dont no wat this is?

reddan had a point, if its getting cold where you are and the plants are sitting straight on the floor that can really slow them down, roots don't like to stay cold. try setting them up on a couple of blocks of wood, or at least a few layers of cardboard between the pot and the floor for insulation

shed is sat on a wooden foundation, does it the coldness of the water i feed make alot of diffrence the water here is really cold

The window was in the other room and only a small amount of light leaked through into his grow. So yes just small amounts of light, aka leak.

taken today not sure if any better quailty

To start, I dont think you have any major issues. There are a number of reasons they could be growing slow, but my guess is they might have suffered a little shock (if anything). They look healthy, so nutritionally you are providing what they need. My predictions are, over the next coming weeks you will notice more bud and your worrys about them will fade, lol.
So you are feeding every 2 days because the top inch or so is dry. Are you able to pick the pots up? I'm asking this, because it is a slightly more accurate way of gauging whether or not they are drinking, your lights could dry that top inch or so, leaving you none the wiser. If your plants are drinking, your pots will feel significantly lighter after a few days.
If they aren't feeding, your pots will still feel heavy and it is an indication that they aren't happy, or have suffered shock. Cannabis is a Hardy plant and can grow in some pretty wild climates but not all strains will handle extremes on either side of the temperature scale especially when they haven't been 'hardened off' first. Roots are sensitive, cold water will shock them (FYI cold water holds less oxygen and locks out nitrogen).

To answer your flora nova question it depends on whether when you say 'dirt' you mean soil or a medium similar to dirt ie coco? Do you have both ppm meter and PH meter? If you have a ppm metre what ppm is your water?
I used to run flood and drain tables lucas method with flora nova but since, I have been raided a couple times and have destroyed my feeding schedules (damage limitation).
I used to keep it around 1200ppms my water in uk is over 400 ppm! I would recirculate for a couple of weeks then dump it. It gave me the chance to see if my plants were taking up nutrients as the ppm drops. Give me 2 minutes........

Nope, I've definitely thrown them.
A quick Google search suggests 4-8 ml per gallon(if in coco). I think I used around 2ml per litre (uk). If you are in soil 5ml per 4ltr (1 gal) every week and a half is fine as long as your plants require it.

I've just read bk this thread and now I am more sure that you are growing in soil as you water every 2 days and feed every week and a half.
I first thought it was due to your strains but looking at their estimated growth periods all of them are below 8 weeks (having said this you can't actually rely on estimated times, but you can use them as a guideline).

yeah im using soil not to sure what my ppm and ph are i will go to the store today and get something to read it with ,

i got these today so now gana go from 1 600watt hps light to 2x 600watt hps lights so will have 1200watt lighting hps and a new intake fan , so gana see what adding extra light gives my plants , (whats the smallest room u guys u would run 2 600 watt lights in ?) still waiting to get my ph and ppm reader should b today

question if i have a intake fan that brings in more air then what my out take fan can pull/take out is this a problem or will it be ok ?

also be careful about the end of your exhaust system. In winter I keep the exhaust from my tent in my room, once I did not get flowers and discovered it was light leaking back into the open end of the metal vent.
