A quick about me, been growing in dirt outside for a few years now and have finally been convinced by my better half to go hydro and I am actually very into trying aeroponics as it seems "cool" lol
So ya, what I am looking for is some feedback on my setup.. I am going to skip some parts as I believe they do not relate such as how am I cloning, etc..
The plan is to have all clones in at around 5-6 inches, and then make em into budcycles.
I have decided to build 4 twin post systems that would look like this:
2 x 6.5 foot 8" PVC posts
3" nets spaced 6" apart (is this enough space?)
1 x 800 gph pump
1 x 40g res
Now, my room is 8x12 and I know I am supposed to use approx. 50w per 1 sqft so if I calculate my sqft I will have 96sqft (I'll actually only be using up about 78 sqft).. So will 3 x 1000w HPS on moving light tracks be good or should I use 4 for a little more juice?
I understand that there are TONS of factors but what I am hoping to accomplish is approx. 1 oz per plant.. is this achievable with this method?
Any and all feedback is HIGHLY appreciated.
