Thanks a million mate. Oh I sure won't haha shall I continue to feed with bloom nutes solution or just water on its own? Sorry I'm an amateur
I use super soil so I don't feed much. But if I were you I would feed veg nutes till second week of flower.

seriously, if I were you at this moment I would consider putting her back in a vegetating state, 1/4 feed, light schedule until her
foliage recovers, full veg feed, then flip the lights and follow your flowering nute intructions..... again with better habits.

you've got a super root system now, capable of supporting big healthy buds, she looks goood, just bald.

So are you saying to flip my lights back to 18/6 and feed em veg nutes for a week or so then go back to 12/12 with bloom nutes?? Even though I have given them bloom nutes 5 days ago n 12/12 lights???

Or should I just give veg nutes on 12/12 lights?

He's saying to flip back to 18/6 and veg them until they regain their leaves and then flip them back to flower with normal nute schedule. If is just a personal grow I would leave them, your gonna lose 2 weeks at the least flipping them back and forth. Good luck!

Dude, you keep saying you're an amateur, and that's fine. We were all noobs at one point. I mean hell, I grew in soil for over a decade and I'm doing my first hydro run and I feel like a noob all over again. But when you're a noob, don't try silly shit that you read on the internet because you think you're going to get crazy yield or potency. Read up on basic horticulture. Read reputable books on cannabis cultuvation. Worry about just getting through your first grow.
Also, always use nature as a reference guide when you're new. Do you see plants completely defoliate themselves before they bloom in nature? Obviously experienced growers use techniques not found in nature to maximize their crop, but they use techniques that are based upon how plants react to specific situations. And you are not , as you have stated, an experienced grower. So for now, and preferably for your next couple grows, focus on raising health, vigorous plants.

Even if I have given them 1 feed of bloom and I'm on 12/12 lights???
When you flip, the plant takes a while to react and begin to flower. So I feed veg for 10/14 days or at least until pistils are showing. That's what I do if I need to feed. But I recemend making a sound plan and sticking to it , not reacting to commentry . Not everyone on this or any other site agree on much so if anyone's advice doesn't fit your plan, beware.

Thanks all you guys for your input. Basically, I have 20 plants of which I would like maximum yield n wouldn't mind waiting an extra week or 2 if makes all the difference. Problem I have however is that I can't really afford em getting too much nor height as their pretty tall already!! What would be the difference if I just carry on in bloom as to if I go back to veg until leaves have recovered?!

*sorry if I'm being a pain guys, just tryna work out if it's worth flipping back or not... Appreciate all comments

if they are already too tall, you're gonna have some chapped-butt-cheeks
even short indicas tend to add 50% when flowered
hell most double or triple...
now you need to learn about LST, and try and train those while flowering without pissing them off...

one thing a lot of newbs don't understand is that your plants pull in their energy through the leaves, not the buds. removing a lot of lower growth that you know wont do much in flower is a great idea but try to keep as much as you can at the canopy. look into the lollipop technique and maybe do some basic lst to help more light penetrate the canopy. I train plants through their whole life cycle, most of the intense bends are done during veg but I still pull branches all different ways in flower if needed. lst.jpg

Don't worry about it, we are here to help and if we didn't want to help then it would be obvious. But it's kinda hard to help when we don't know your goals, back ground, situation, ECT ECT ........ And it's even harder for you to know what advice to use, and what to ignore.
So I wish you luck with your grow and I say if you need help, just ask and see if you get any. Bc not everyone is going to give the same answer or the right answer. But maybe someone will and it is on you to choose what is right for your situation.

Basically I just want the best yield possible for this grow. I am now in the thought of wether to go back to veg for a week or two to try and recover the leaves or wether to carry on and see if they survive... I've read a few posts of similar situations where they've just carried on and the plant has hermied and I would hate to waste another few weeks and that happens. But yet I've also read that plants have hermied from flipping back from flowering. But I dno if mine even counts... I have literally been in flowering for 6 days today and there is no sites of flower as yet so I'm thinking maybe flipping back to veg is best option? Argh I dno I'm so confused :(
