Yes, Dave, and I know you're gonna tell me obama is not the guy to do it.I like ron paul, but he wouldn't win.Rather than Mccain, obama for me.It just comes down to who's gonna make my family's life better.If they try to take any freedom from me, I'll just ignore them and do what I want anyway.Not scared of dying for what I believe in.Freedom can never be taken, only given away.

Yet you're going to vote for a man that has voted in favor of legislation that takes away Habeas Corpus and allows the federal government to wiretap citizens without a warrant. Please explain how you resolve that when making your decision, if I may.Freedom can never be taken, only given away.

well, i'm still here.
Having a comprehension problem Faded? "They" are the "feds" and "why" is because we have legislation known as CALEA (Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act) and FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act). Those two pieces of legislation allows for the government to surveil our citizens without warrants. With the equipment installed throughout this country, "they" (the fed) can now gain entry into PBX's and routers without our knowledge to "sniff" conversations. The latest vote on FISA has allowed this to continue while granted telecoms immunity from litigation in violation of one's 4th Amendment rights. But I guess if you've got nothing to hide, what's the problem, right? Germany circa 1935.
