Listening to a point about X and then saying "but Y is also true" does nothing to discount the fact about X.
Trump said, with his mouth, that women having abortions should be punished.
How do you feel about that? Pretty despicable if you ask me.
Are we talking about what people say again? Trump isnt a politician, I am watching for what he does....

I think you are about to realize why most of us don't even bother with ANALAXESS
IRL, I enjoy disscussions with people that have different ideals than me. The only time this hasn't been productive is when talking to a Trump supporter this fall. It seems impossible when no one believes the other persons news and facts are true. Also when one side of the argument (who shall remain nameless) gets their "news" from an opinion-based republican Tv show and a website ran but one of the candidates.

How do you feel about the people he has picked for his appointments?
How do you feel about him not putting his businesses in a blind trust?
Those are things he has currently done, thoughts?

Have you ever read the RIU "flat earth" thread? This "logic" is best illustrated by taking it to an extreme and flat earth is a great example. We have entered a phase in this country I call "tyranny of the ignorant". How long it lasts is up to us. I am concerned.

To properly answer your question, no I do not know of such a thread, Thankfully.

I have no problem with his appointments, I am interested in seeing what they do. Especially head of the Energy Department... What's that guys name again??

His businesses being in a blind trust or not do not concern me. Trump has already made more money than he could ever spend, he is a successful businessman. His terms in office are about America, not his bottom line. I do think that both will do very well though economically.

If his term in office was really about America, wouldn’t it make sense to put his business in a blind trust?
Oh, and you mean Rick Perry; the guy who could not name what the Department of Energy was even called when asked about it.
“The former Texas governor Rick Perry, who could not remember the name of the Department of Energy when listing those he would scrap as president, has emerged as a leading candidate to lead it under Donald Trump, a transition official said on Sunday.”

This really is priceless; watching you defend this crook for the next...well however long he makes it.

Should he disconnect himself from the Trump foundation too? Oh, that's right he tried, but couldn't because it is under investigation for fraud by New York's attorney general.

Makes way more sense putting in a guy who doesn’t know what the department is called; rather than accredited scientists like his predecessor.
"Perry would replace Ernest Moniz, a nuclear physicist who has been Energy secretary under Obama since 2013. Moniz’s predecessor under Obama, Stephen Chu, was also a scientist, so Perry would break the tradition Obama set to put scientists in charge at DOE.”

You would have felt the same way if this were Obama (or Hillary) refusing to put his businesses in a blind trust? I don't believe you would have
