I've been mulching for over a year and my plants are as happy as ever now. Never heard of mulch causing diseases.

I use, like.. one nutrient from a bottle. The rest is all organic amendments and dry nutrients (in bags.). I actually prefer to top dress/scratch in and feed, watering so that the particulate leaches and scatters throughout the medium, rather than mixing liquids into water and hoping it saturates the soil properly. Roots Organics Dry Nutrients Player Pack + Surge.

That said, you could go all old school ROLS and such, using organic matter not immediately intended for agriculture, and you can get some pretty good bud. It isn't about the nutes, it's about the plant, the grower, and the understanding of the roles of both.

Well, living off a veteran's pension isn't big business. However, what you call "peasant shit" is yielding this in less than 6 weeks' time and with 3-4 weeks to go, under only 241w of light (COB.)

Does it bother you? Because I'm alright with it. Although, I would feel bad bothering anyone else with it. But I don't really care unless it bothers whoever's thread it is. I display my plants in others' threads when I am trying to make a suggestion and want the person in question to see the results of what I am suggesting. I see no issue with it.
