If she is guilty of something they should charge her with an actual crime. Yknow like Trump. Although I think the penalty for defrauding millions of dollars should be jail, apparently if you are rich, you can just pay a fine.

OP...why exactly would the FBI need physical access to an email server to determine if an unauthorised entity had hacked it?

You think that info is only stored in the server logs?

You don't think the NSA has all that information already?

The NSA has SO much information it needs to use insane computing power to even index it all.

you mean the laptop from a separate investigation that had Hillary's email on it, emails which she deleted with Bleach Bit from her original server so the FBI could not see them or recover them in the investigation? Yeah, Comey partisan hack!

thats like saying, why do police need to goto a murder scene if there is a camera at the entrance of the building that they can just download footage from remotely.

If Russia did hack DNC, then it would be in DNC interest to let FBI do full investigate immediately and this would boost Hillary chance of winning. Of course, DNC probably had so much dirty laundry on there, that they didn't want a law enforcement agency within 100 miles of their servers.

If my house was robbed, and I wanted to catch the thief yes I would probably have to cops take fingerprints and stuff like that. Unless I had a big illegal grow op, then I would probably not let them in.
