Did you locate property corners? I ran a land survey crew for about 8 years and I can't count the number of times we were called out to a property line dispute over a new fence having been built without locating property corners. About 80% of the time, the corners were there and a simple metal detector and shovel was all that was needed to locate them and save a big headache for both parties involved.

He wants to renegotiate NAFTA and essentially tax products that come from mexico. Wich yes, may fund some border projects. But, will also raise the price of a lot of products we use. So to say mexico is will pay for it is not true, the consumers will pay for it.

Yeah I knew it was a few inches over the line, but there were renters in the house & I didn't think they would care. I had talked to the owners about the fence before they moved out & rented the house out. I told the owners that if they took the new fence down, I would split the $3000 to rebuild it 6" over. I told them to call me when they had the $1500......I never got a call

Born in Grand Ronde, Oregon in 1929, and lived his early years in meager surroundings. He attended school while his father, R.H. "Curly" Emmerson built sawmills in Oregon and California.

In 1948, at age 19, Emmerson arrived in Arcata, California where he began working in mills learning as much as he could about every job in the plant.
In 1949 Emmerson and his father formed a partnership and went into the lumber business together, eventually producing manufacturing facilities in the northwest. Under Emmerson’s management the company grew into Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI) – now the second largest lumber producer in the U.S.
As of 2011, he is the third largest private land owner in the United States.[2]
PhilanthropyEdit
Through the Sierra Pacific Foundation, Emmerson gave millions of dollars in community contributions. The Foundation was established in 1979 by Red’s father. Over the years, Red has continued to fund the Foundation to meet its philanthropic commitment to worthy organizations, community projects, youth activities, and student scholarships for the communities where the company has operating facilities.[3]

The deed to my property was changed to 'square it off' 20 yrs. before I bought it. Mutual agreement between neighbor and previous owner.
A guy negotiating to buy the neighbor's property started staking off a few lots that I owned saying he was going to put a doublewide there.
I asked my lawyer if I could let him build there and claim it as my own and he said, 'No, you have to tell him it's your property first, I'll call him.'
I always wondered the compensation thing would have went in court if I let him build there without telling anyone.

Did I say he is? He isn't. At least I don't think so, my apologies. Back to the point, the wall is a ridiculous idea fueled by hatred more than reason. This kind of leadership just doesn't demonstrate to me a mindset that says I could vote for him
