I'm curious why you can't just leave it at that, why do you feel like you need to take it further, offline, into people's real, personal lives? I'm sure you can see how that might be potentially dangerous, right? Similar to how many people are doxed and receive death threats. What does that have to do with getting fired for saying racist things? If you don't want to be fired for saying racist things, don't say racist things. If you don't want anyone to be fired for saying racist things, complain to the employers who fire them, not the people who exposed the things they said. People have no obligation to remain silent about things they find offensive, if you don't like the consequences of that fact, complain to the people who are implementing the consequences.
That's like saying that discriminating against Nazis is the same thing as the Nazis discriminating against Jews because both involve discrimination. False equivalencies, because the reason for the behavior is important.
