GREEEEEDDDDANYTHING sprayed on a Medical Grow is NOT NEEDED specially when it goes into a concentrates OR its smoked.
Any LP spraying their crops needs to find a way in order to deal with what ales them.
If it means starting over again and cleaning shop each time an infestation occurs...
that's all part of business...company's shut down all the time.
There are ways to do this right but who would give them that info?
Unfortunately there are registered pesticides approved by Health Canada for use on Medical Marijuana... Unless a Licensed Producer in writing explicitly states they do NOT use pesticides you can assume they do.. Because well if they didn't that would be a 'selling' factor for them to acquire patients..
Butttt even if they do say that one can assume they still might here and there and not get caught. Until Health Canada revokes one of their licenses for pulling stunts like this they will all play around until they get caught
Am I correct in interpreting this, that they are required to use pesticides as part of their good production practices?Adherence to Good Production Practices
Section 52(1) of the MMPR prohibits a licensed producer from selling or providing dried marijuana unless theGood Production Practices set forth in Division 4 of the MMPR have been met. This includes the requirements for use of pesticides.![]()
