Watts per sq ft question..

So im running 4 plants under 1200w hps or 60w per square foot.. and my friend is running 18 plants under 1000w hps or 25w sqaure foot..and everywhwre i read they say hps calls for at least 50w squar foot for the plant to reach its full potential. So will my friend running 25w per sq ft ,will his buds not grow to their full potential like mine with have 60w sq ft which is well over what its calls for with hps.. we bot have same plants rare darkness leeroy amd rug burn.. veged for 7 weeks only difference is the watts oer squar foot! Just hoping for some input!

And reading your status, sounds like N def from flower stretch. Gotta feed veg nutes first 10 days of flower to avoid this sometimes. I get that with C.Sativa/ Afghan Dom strains.

I didnt have much problems at which them they were green the whole life never turned yellow brown dark green i think at least lol
