Do i have mites??

Hey everyone so last night i was looking over my plants and i noticed a few little bugs around the place.
I cant find any webbing but im guessing these are spider mites :(
Can anyone confirm this at all?
I also found a winged bug but am not sure what it is.
Whats the best way to treat this?

and if you have any of that soil left, that your saving, that's not already in your pots, I'm new as well but it may be a good idea to do a heat purge and try and kill the fuckers I believe I recall the numbers being 170 degrees for at least 30 minutes.

Oh ok ill make sure i do that with the next lot, this was all i had for this grow anyway haha.
As far as mites go how good are the mite sprays at hydro stores?

Look with a magnifying glass or loop . If this is what you see , you have mites . I use Azamax when I had mites a few years back . I now spray all my new clones with this and I haven't had mites in my room for a few years .

During warm months, exposure to mites & fungus gnats is inevitable -- especially on the side of my house where there's very little breeze. Interestingly, wind is the achilles heal of both mites & fungus gnats. Mites can't mate and gnats don't fly when it's windy, so just putting a fan on your plants helps a lot.
Hell good airflow also helps prevent PM and bud rot!
Some people ignore the lower areas when they set up fans, and that is a mistake. I use small fans around the perimeter of my tent to blow air around the plants. There's also an exhaust fan & intake vent. Fans & lights are on different power -- fans never go off.

This one of the safest & most effective products on the market right now. Kills mites & gnats big time -- child & pet friendly.

I thought it did.

Only reason I added it to my water was based on a study of systemic affect on tomatoes with spinosad.

I probably couldn't find it now. I should have saved a link.

Its good stuff.

I will warn the bottle states its toxic to bees for 30 minutes of application. Other than that it works great on my green beans on other veggies.

I've always liked it! I like to save the "Nuke" for bigger or persistent infestations. For the one shot win....Forbid 4F......I've not even looked into the few new "Nukes" out there.....These 2 solve all problems. Except the dreaded ROOT APHID! Then it's bio warfare!

I got some spray today so ive just watered the plants and will spray them tonight when the lights go out :)
