thanks I will do that, also got a question... my preflowers coming in...1 has pistils starting... 1 definitely a male... the other 2 looks like they could be male preflowers, but they have a split in the middle of the pod... it looks like pac man almost... I checked a few and same thing... looks like a little round ball with a split down the middle... is this the start of male or female preflowers? almost looks as if they will turn into pistils... they are pointed at end. I want to pull all males ASAP

20170117_135707.jpg 20170117_135757.jpg 20170117_140450.jpg These are the best I could get... these are off the top of the plant.. 2 of the plants have them a node or 2 down further, but impossible to get pictures, the ones I couldn't get pictures of also look more pointy and look more split.. .but this hopefully can help. I'm gussing atleast 2/3 are males.. praying the 3rd is female as it is more pointed than the other 2

that's what I was thinking... too early to tell ... It must just be how I am.. .check check and recheck and then eventually it drives you nuts and ask too many questions :weed: time to chill out for a week. Thanks pineappleman. huge help as always!

Its hard not to be up there asses lol. Im a turbo checker too... always have been... But i look now and enjoy them and let them tell me what they need instead of always feeling like it would die if i let it be for a minute.

haha nice term I like that, turbo checker... catchy... yeah I don't feed them too much but I like to check it out and see what they need, nutes or some bug termination etc... I know they won't just die (as you say, its just a plant/weed ) but I do like to look at them.. I'm sure that will burn out over time. I'm trying to see what I think they will be, then see how they actually turn out, so I know what works and what doesn't.

that never died out for me i had my first plant when i was 13 and have been growing ever since... thats been damn 20 years now... fuck time goes by when your turbo checking lol

got things coming in nicely now... got the preflowers coming in... problem is ... turbo checking.. driving me nuts haha... I got 2 plants that look like male preflowers from afar but if you use 60x microscope they have pointed ends... keeping me in suspense too long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wall::wall::wall:

Thai has opened up and started to pollinate these girls:fire:... I am so excited for some of these crosses:weed:... And to me seeded bud just tastes and smokes so much better...If you get all the seeds out lol...bongsmilie

personally I don't mind some seeds in buds, but like you say, as long as you get them out. after my first few I will start trying to do some clones and crosses... should get exciting! good work!

1 step at a time...im startng with learning growing normally first, then I will take additional steps , as with any other type of growing, and eventually you will have an arsenal of material to use to grow the best, biggest, fattest, juiciest buds ever! 1 step at a time definitely the way to go! I spent less than $250 on my grow, and it will last me enough supplies to do 2-3 grows.
