If your planning on vegging for another month before flip I would say 3gal would be about right ..

Remember when you flip to flower it will double in size (if not more) as a general rule of thumb. so if your plants already 7" and 18" is the max you have to work with I'd flip now or spend the next 4 weeks veg training it so you don't run out of space :)

i got 40 inches of space tho so is it okay to go from an one liter pot to 3 gallons at once?

Yeah shouldnt be a problem going straight to a 3gal pot :)

8 oz is extremely optimistic !! Lol
By all means I hope you get near it but I really would for a first grow expect a lot less

Transplant it , spend the rest of the time in veg training it , bend it over , tie her down , spread her out and ultimately expect less !!

Hope for 2oz , get more and you'll be happy ..
Expect 8 and prepare to be disappointed lol

lol ive just realized 8 oz would be a shit tone to expect cause im kinda used to the metric n all system..so i should transplant to a 3 gallon pot veg and train for the next 4 weeks amd then flip to flowering right?
ive topped it before like 2 times should i try bending?it doesnt feel that bendable tho lol

i see lol sorry i just threw a number out well im a noob :$ i guess 2 oz would be real nice now
guessing weights is never a good thing,, its all chrystal ball stuff,, do the best you can with the equipment you have,, after the grow, if you want new equipment,, such as a stronger light , or a differant medium,, sure change it later,
Transplant to a bigger container and carry on,, if possible transplant to your final container now,, and your done with it for the rest of the grow,, I would say a 3 gallon is plenty for your grow space and light size,,
and most of all have fun with it
