Grow tent(s) or use entire garage??

I vote entire garage in sections . I got gorilla's sitting in bags now cause I built out the space instead. Much much happier I did and was a lot cheaper than buying a tent.

Custom is always better for an experienced grower, just what you want and how

. Plus, if you need to tear it down, you can do so in under an hour or two.

I use pocket screws on everything, pretty sure I can take apart the entire room in the same time as a tent and move and reassemble it.

The garages are lined up next to a loud ass free way haha , my apartment is already located in the far corners of the town .

My 810watts in LED stays cooler and uses approx 340watts. No mold, no bugs, no dying herbs.

Unless you pay for the electricity in that garage I seriously wouldn't grow there not even sure if it's possible. Imagine the lights and any plugs are on a house circuit (paid for by the landlord) mostly for lighting and the breaker is probably low like 20 amp. If you do grow and somehow don't trip the breaker with your fans lights pumps and what not the landlord will defiantly notice his power bill spike and start looking for the source.

Look around and find the breaker panel that feeds the garage units...in most cases the builder did not put a lot of voltage in each garage,one circuit 15 amp would provide muti units here.
You would be better off renting a 2 bedroom and grow in the extra bedroom.

Check your lease agreement, just to be sure.

I would go much smaller than 600 watts if you have a shared breaker. I don't care how blind your landlord is, he/she is going to notice a $100/month bump in electricity costs.

He won't break any laws if he stays within the plant limit. Worst case scenario is getting booted from his place.

BTW - Did you even look at the pic of the space he's using? How in the hell would it cost 15 grand to build out a small grow space in there???

15000$ is a tad much for a pre existing standing structure. That storage spacewould be about 100$ in materials. 750$ in security gear plus fire damage premiums..
