My grow room

So I havent been on this sit in a while but im starting a grow in a 4'x2' space. Do you think that is enough? Its a closet and really the only place I have to grow. I ordered a bubbleponics 6 planter kit and am planning on getting a 400w HPS for flowering. Im gonna be growing a strain called Alaskan Ice. Its a cross between White Widow and Haze. One of the strongest cannabis strains in existance right now, 22% THC which dwarfs the original white widow that has 16%. Any suggestions or questions about my grow id really appriciate it.

I got my seeds and bubbleponics system yesterday. Started germinating them mid day yesterday and will put up pics of the grow room. Im going to need a new light for flower eventually. Anyone have any suggestions? I think im gonna go with a 600Watt HPS for 4 plants.

Do you have your ventilation figured out? This is probably going to be your biggest problem, mainly because of the heat.

No im not sure what im gonna do yet. I havent got my 600W yet. Do you think that is to much light for 4 plants? Im probably going to cut a hole in the top with a out fan and just run the heat out up into my attic. I put 2 seeds into the bubbleponic system that just germinated. They havent sprouted yet but im hoping they will in a day or 2. How long does it usually take a seed to sprout?

a 400 watt hps will light up your space very well (6000 lumens per square ft) and is much easier to cool.

even with a 400 you want to consider more serious venting options. the best option is to use an aircooled hood along with sufficient ventiliation in the room. cooling specifically and ventilation in general are two of the toughest problems to solve in a grow room.

it takes from one day to several to sprout.

i was thinking of getting alaskan ice, but i wanna try out growing a lot of lowryder#2XAK47 FEM. maybe your growing can change my mind haha.
