what yield to expect

The 400 watt is it a digital ballast( just warm to the touch)? Or oldest analog (too hot for that space) because 400 with supplemental can do a fair yield in a right space... but it will have to be angled at the light instead of above if you only have a 4ft high canopy to grow from

I mean I've had to angle a light ( instead of overhead straight down lighting to get it far enough away in a cupboard so it wouldn't burn the plant.

ok so i tested the 400w sodium (S) and led'd (L) with the growbox door open (OD) and closed (CD). all measurements where taken by a DHT 22 at a distance of 21 cm from the S bulb and 26cm from the L.
here are the measurements.

humidity / temperature / door state / S & or L
50% 30°C OD NEITHER
30% 44°C CD S
50% 36°C OD S
50% 36.7°C OD S & L
27.6% 49.5°C CD S & L

So... what do you think i should do? i could buy a bathroom air extractor although i dont think it will be powerfull enough, what do you think?
