I have placed a few orders with them. Email confirmation is immediate, shipping information and tracking number within a day or two, order received within a week (US, CA). Solid bean vendor.

I see they have an internet checkout setup. I just wanted to talk with a person rather than give my credit card info to a business that don't answer questions.

I hear what you're saying, but I'd rather find what I want, pay, and get what I ordered, than having someone that is "Paid to Answer the Phone" answer my questions (incorrectly), and take my cc info (literally), so that they can then place their own order(s) (on Amazon).
You asked for "references", we're giving you that.
@ Anyone seeing or responding, I'd be real careful how much "info" regarding SHN and their shipping practices you share. Don't want SHN (or any legit bean distributor) getting "popped", or orders intercepted (see, I can throw in an appropriate idiom>SB-LI).

I tried them out, order came in five days. Nice stealth packaging and in breeder packaging. Entire pack above ground in the next week. Im stoked I don't have to wait 3wks to get my purchase. Didn't get any freebies but got what I paid for and I'm good with that.

ordered at least 5 times from them no problems and I had a problem with the address I provided sent and email and got a response in less than 24 hours and they fixed it and gave me opinions on what they thought was good bud. Hands down top 3 in customer service for me

I like reading their pretty website, and dreaming that they would actually carry the Topdawg genetics they showcase.
If its out of stock, for months on end, remove the offering, quit teasing, getting sick of checking back to see....month after month after month. soon SHN will be removed from my favs list. take that SHN!!! lol

sure they are, no doubt. but why showcase genetics when they never are available ? not just out of stock, but dragged along, suppose to be stocked any minute now, months ago.... thats just shitty imo

I would say that I would NOT order from Ethos Collective. Very large amount of hermed plants. Not a good choice
