Cob light with dimmer -- what intensity for each stage?

I recently bought this:

and it comes with a dimmer on it. What intensity should I have it on for veg and which for flower? Should I always have it at like half?

Depends on how close your plants are. How young they are. And what temperatures your area is getting to.

Young plants and cuttings like relatively weak light. And as they mature/ or begin to stretch more. They like more intense light.

You could start them on half. If they don't seem to like it. Go to a third or a quarter output.

Start Out In Seedling Or Small Clone Stage At 100 Watts At 30 Inches Then Adjust From Their

Also I Would Turn It To Full Power Starting The 3rd Week Of Veg. I Built The Same Light Except Mine Is On A 12 Inch Center And I Believe Timbers is On A 14 inch Center
