chocolate trip grow

Cool, I appreciate that. Has anyone had the privilege to smoke this strain before? Sounds like a really interesting cross there
 
So Sunday will be one week into flower, yes I know she don't look the greatest right now but I did just water her so she should pick up in the next couple hours. So far the looks like any deficiency has been corrected but I've been checking pH regularly and did another round of worm tea.

Ooooh okay. That makes sense. Yeah it does look like she was hungry for water in the pics, not overwatered. Sorry for my stoned observations
 
So learned that I cant go more than 2 days max without watering. So next round I will go with he 5 gallon smart pots instead of the 3 gallon.
 
Yeah and I learned that these cob leds make plant roots grow like crazy compared to other lighting sources. So the more root space the better!
Are you getting any smells on your choco trip?
I have two small females I just put into flower. One Thai leaner (least I'm guessing) smells like spicy chocolate coffee. The other one looks more indica and has no smell. The flip was just switched.
I got a third in veg that I'm uncertain on sex, but this one seems to be a good 50/50 mix so far.
Can you tell what yours is leaning to or smelling like

They started smelling in veg but have sense lost their smell.it was like a chocolate flower smell. N both are indica leaning. Not sure if I'm going to keep the male sense I was wanting the sativa side, hope the high is good withthe indica one.
 
So everything was going smooth now she is showing cal/mag deficiency and I'm having a hella time lowering pH (8 at run off and 5.5-6.0 going in) I've lowered the pH every time I water for the last two weeks and run off stays around 8. She only has 3/4 weeks to go so not sure if I should add Epsom salt or not.
 
Well finally got pH down an she's doing well well be cutting her down probably next week end all her tricks are cloudy with a few amber ones mixed in. I did cut a Lil branch off for an early smoke sesh fun smoke that last a couple of hours.
 
I harvested 5 chocolate trip f2 a couple months ago. They resembled the one pic I seen on here. I popped 5 and all 5 were female (now im scared the rest will be male) and all stayed short and bushy. They all were purple. 4 being totally purple and one being mostly in the leaves. The smells seemed like most other purple strains. Grapey, lavender, fruity but no chocolate that I could smell. They were done very fast 55 days or so. And to me they seemed to have an indica buzz rather than the described sativa. Nice big fat buds on every one. Not the most dense just right. Bag appeal was nice.

Overall I liked them but I grew them with some sunshine daydreams. Only 2 females from 5 ssdd but 1 took the show for the whole grow. And blew away every choc t and the other ssdd. I can't wait to start the rest of them. For now I started more bodhi, silver mtn and goji og. Both looking pretty good but weeks away from flower.

I doubt I will start the other 6 unless I start them and put them outside. They should finish well outdoors with my short season.

The high for me was very heady and clear. This was my first go of bohdi gear and would like to give it another go with a few of his other crosses really like the look of the goji and space monkey and definitely ssdd is on the list heard great things about it.
 
They were my 2nd and 3rd bodhi grows. My first being super snow lotus. For one of the bodhi seeds you hear nothing of these were really great plants. I had 4 beautiful females from 10 seeds that sprouted and all were great.

I should have kept my favorite but like many I didn't. Easy to grow, big yields and skunky, fruity, loud, good looking stuff. I recommend. Everyone loved it and opening a jar will cause every head in 50 yrs to look.
 
So I screwed up and split the stock right down the middle while moving her around so I just chopped her.she still had about another week to go n didn't see the point of trying to fix her. So right now I have her drying and getting ready to start the next grow which will be white label white skunk(1 hydro 1 soil) and g13 pineapple express in soil can't wait.
