Seedling troubles. HELP!!

****I have links for photos posted at the end****
I have a seedling with curling leaves.
The plant showing these signs is an Auto AK. I bought my seeds from True North.
I'm using a 450w LED with both veg AND bloom switches on. It's hovering about 18" above the tops of the plants. I also recently added 6 - 60w 'Daylight' CFLs. 2 in each of the 10 inch dome things I have in front corners of my tent. And another 2 without the dome thing hovering about 8-10 inches above my plants with a desk fan blowing across them to prevent too much heat from getting to the little ladies.
My temp barely ever hits 80° and it only gets down to 70° at the coolest with the lights off. My humidity is hovering between 50% - 70%
Today the girls are 6 days old. I knocked a leaf off of one of the girls a few days ago now and she isn't showing any signs of slowing down.
I have:
4 - Kings Kush Auto
1 - Auto AK
The 4 Kings Kush are just barely pushing their 3rd set of leaves.
The Auto AK pushed it's 3rd set of leaves about 2 days ago and all 3 sets are quite large compared to any of the KK leaves. But the thing is, none of the sets of the AAK leaves look anything simular to any pot leaf I've ever seen. And the 3rd and smallest set of leaves look like the are growing from below the second set of leaves. Currently I don't see anything starting to poke out of the center of the leaves at the top.
All 4 of the KKs are about 3 inches tall.
The AAK is 5inches already. But I can't say I have seen improvement since this leaf curling ordeal. I literally just got done transplanting it from Pro-Mix Organic Mix, to Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Hopefully this makes a difference. I've recently heard that pro mix organic mix is weak and/or lacking nutes due to the high peat content.
Last thing...
I've been looking everywhere and can't find any definitive answer about whether or not the more light the better during veg.
I know during flower, the more light/watts the better. But is that also the case during veg?

If you have read this far, I seriously appreciate it. Any help from anyone would be seriously appreciated!!

They could be dodgy seeds. No growing tips and leaves missing. Try another seed supplier next time.

Yes when the tips have rotted due to root rot or high rh, as for the leaf ive seen retarded looking leaves but not missing all together.

Root rot certainly crossed my mind. After extensive research I concluded that it was a possibility due to the pro-mix organic mix I was using. It didn't have much perlite in it at all. And it was heavy with peat.
So I took some fox farm I ordered for my next grow and mixed it about 75% Fox Farm and 25% perlite. And I transplanted her.
I'm not too sure about high ph. I mean, I don't have a soil tester, but I water only with distilled water. I can afford it, and it's much less work than trying to ph up or down your water first. I can just pop open the jug and pour.
I water with general hydroponics go box nutrients at half strength every other watering.

It looks like a root system issue but not from soil or lack of perlite, more like a genetic issue with that pheno.
