The way your presupposing question is formed is interesting, but not in a good way as it assumes redirecting initiatory force can somehow make it good. It doesn't take into account that initiatory force as a means is wrong in either event.

It assumes a correction to forced segregation by government can be achieved by implementing government backed forced association. That's not a solution, since it creates an unintended consequence and still relies on initiatory force to implement and denies a person the ability to remain neutral on their own property or in their own person.

All you've done in BOTH instances is taken away the ability of individual people to associate on a consensual basis of all concerned parties and made a third party, (government) which is a systemic user of initiatory force, as the final arbiter. So, in other words, nothing has changed. You've simply shifted who you are asking nanny to use offensive force against to make them do something or prevent them from remaining neutral.

Your comment about history I find amusing, given your failure to understand that forced segregation and forced integration are both wrong.


The correct answer to forcible segregation is to simply "allow" those who wish to associate to do so and leave those who prefer not to, alone. The alternative, forcing people to associate, relies on rapist tactics doesn't it? Can you explain how it doesn't ? I bet you can't.

Where is your proof of anything besides talk?

I think Hastert should be tormented w/ pictures of cheese, pizza, and hot dogs drizzled w/ walnut sauce until he drowns in his own sperm.
