Hi everyone

I am a few messages short of the 100 needed so won't be in this times run, but being a relative newbie I have never seen this sort of thing before. Please forgive my ignorance.

Do you all have to start on the same date? I understand you log the grows in one thread, so it's sort of a multi person journal that the seed companies can then direct people to, a real life example of how their seeds perform?

I assume there is no winner as such, you all gain with a free seed and t shirt and the chance to see how you do against others, and the seed companies get some great promo info? Am I understanding right?

I am going to look for the previous Heisenberg one some of you have mentioned and have a read up on it, it looks a win/win for everyone.

Yes we all share in the knowledge from different growers styles. medium, light cycles, ect. Some of us start a little later than others. This is my 4th comparative grow and i learn so much every time. Lets see if we can get you to the 100 you need !!!!!!

They let me in the gc one with 95 msgs. I used my 100th to update the thread that i was accepted. You only need 5 more, just go to newbie central and help 5 growers with questions.(most are overwatered or need cal mag) Easy peasy

So you CAN stagger starts rather than you all sewing seeds at once ? I have about five weeks left on 2 auto plants I am growing for my terminal cancer suffering brother in law, and I can only get 2 pots in my growdrobe. I might be able to squeeze a small pot in earlier and transplant if the thread goes on for a while, but don't know if that is too late a start.
Found the Heisenberg thread, that's going to take up some reading time!

Yes i always start with 2 than watch what works best for others, than start the other 2 applying what i have learned.
(i always keep 1 in the stash for future crosses) send jack a PM he is awesome and will do his best to help out.

I was under the assumption it was ONE seed you got not more! No wonder you are all joining in.
I am only on my 4th grow so I would certainly benefit and learn from something like this.
I'm off to try and help a newbie!

Thanks for the heads up! I got in on the last 2 grows but had problems and never got to plant the Heisenbergs so I felt bad they gave me the seeds and I didn't contribute to the thread. Coincidentally I just purchased some Mephisto Hubbabubbasmelloscope and Fantasmo Express beans from Jack and George and put them in rooter plugs last night so I will be with all of you in spirit and watching your progress.
