I made wine from 100% Maple Syrup before, was about 19.5% ABV and took about a month to fully ferment out.

After about a year and a half it was the most amazing stuff, dry but smooth and just gentle hints of maple.

Hell yeah. Sounds delicious. I've been thinking of doing honey, bees are producing pretty well as of last year.

I can tell u this, that under the ACA me and my wife especially have access to health care, and for the amount of the money my wife meds cost, it cost me nothing out of pocket, her med alone cost about 10k for her
