Fought long and hard for what? Law abiding tax paying Canadians could always grow when they had a medical exemption.
Rec use still isn't legal because of the black market, and to a much larger extent, the public's perception around its use. The 5 or 6 of you that I have bouncing off the walls like ping pong balls in this sub-forum are the kind of people that the public is concerned about having to deal with. You can't use English properly, your attitude and behavior is on par with a bunch of juvenile delinquents. Sadly which that probably isn't far from the truth for at least some of you.
With medical use the public is accepting because at least someone qualified, a doctor, makes the decision. So to all of you anti-doctors out there, quit blaming the doctors for not giving you what you want since they have been educated to provide what you need.
