In hindsight, of course, I agree with you. Everyone knew what they would get with Clinton
and Trump was the anti-establishment candidate who promised many things. As it was soon
obvious that he was full of shit with the promises he was making, most people said fuck this.
But Noone could perdict how bad this fool would be.
If I could do-over, I would have cast a vote for Clinton, surely the lesser of the evils.

I almost didn't vote for a different reason -- I was sick on election day and didn't think a Trump win was even possible. I voted, but it was close. I'm guessing a lot of people sat it out because they didn't think he could win. I'm still holding out hope that this will be good for us longterm -- even if disastrous short-term -- after we get this ridiculous flirtation with fascism out of the way before continuing on our maddeningly slow progression toward enlightenment. You are definitely not the problem!

Hey guys, subcool mentioned on one of his nightly jam sessions that someone on the growtube round table was busted. Anyone hear anything about that? He may do a legal fund raiser for them.

Why ask here? It fits. If the guvvies want to follow the "intimidate and frustrate" strategy, going after public figures is a way to start. They are visible, they can be identified easily, and it will send a message.

But really I'm just curious who it was.

I liked her too. Not to the same degree I liked Obama in 2008, but her problems were mostly the invention of RWNJ fake news (starting in the 90's and continuing right on through the 2016 election) and a pathetically gullible populace. I'm convinced the negative messaging was helped along with a shocking degree of misogyny that, like racism, still permeates our national psyche. She is smarter, more contemplative, more honorable, less corrupt and a much harder worker than Trump ever could be. Trump's "victory" must be seen as a real wake up call to just how goddamned stupid this country is at this point.
