Dried and curled leafs

hey guy and gals I'm a first time grower and need help desperately and quickly this is souls destroying my auto northern light was perfect up to a week ago now at 3 weeks she's gone all dry and crispy I'm using john inners seed soil and a hps 250 watt my lights been 1.5 foot away so can't be heat burn surely? I've feed the plant molasses I'm really stuck please help I feel broken

look VERY closely at one of the healthier leaves, paying close attention to where the fingers of the leaf meet the stem, magnification of atleast 30x would be best

You may have a russet mite problem, they are small and can be hard to see without magnification

or you might hav given it to much sugar why would you give it molasses if you do make shure it so small are you in veg or bud i would not add sugar in veg just me i dont add it at all just me only give it water for 2 weeks see what happens less is more rember that with any thing you give your plant

My friend said he gives his molasses every water so thought I would give it a try and maybe this is the problem? Cheers bud

i dont know if plants in veg need molasses i have read people using them in bud in small amounts i would think you would be better of using bone and fish meal one or two table spoons per gallon pot you are in but only after 12/12 then again in 4 weeks till its finish i dont flush i dont do any thing but water when dry just me
