Reading some people are saying the personal and designated licenses for growing are back dated to the day the document is signed? Can someone confirm this? That means people are losing 4 months of grow time...

Yep 100% correct. The system is fucked. I have both mine and DG for a friend and both are back dated and the process only took me a frisky 10 weeks (12 for DG for friend), unlike those other people who are getting fucked with a 4 month window right now. I thought 10-12 weeks was bad (it fucking is to a sick person).

The ONLY legitimate response is to plant your seed the day you mail your REGISTRATION. Let us not forget it is simply a registration and not an application.

Legally you are not permitted to grow without the paper from health canada. If you get busted you will probably get it dropped in court but your gonna have to pay.

I just called yesterday about my renewal....after 2 hours on hold the persons couldn't tell me anything. I have cp tracking confirming HC received it on march 2nd but they are so far behind they haven't even opened the mail from nearly a month ago and they have no idea as far as time on how long it will take
I kinda felt bad for the lady on the phone....she sounded kida rattled. I would imagine the people she has to deal with all day aren't as calm about this clusterfuck of a registration as I was.

I made my dr give me a copy of the script they sent to health Canada incase there is some time where my current registration expired and the new hasn't showed up yet........at least I have something to show the cops if they ever did show up however unlikely that may be.
there is that thinking again... really? shake that head hard...NO ONE IS GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE!!!!! Its not like they are growing tons and sellig it... its for MEDICAL PURPOSES rememebr???? Stupid two ways of thinking...Sorryits not you ...

an investigation takes three months...theres nothng to investigate anyway..
