I'm sure some bozo is going to give me shit for posting this, but this was absolutely rediculous, and the way I was talked to was unspeakable. ok, so I just got off the phone with a representative from cropkingseeds.com bc it's been 11 business days and my package has not arrived. He stated, and I quote "our seeds get seized by customs all the tim, what do you expec." Better fucking people skills maybe. This was my first time buying seeds.online as I live in a legal state surrounded by dispensaries, but I wanted to give their autos a try. Their website does not claim that their seeds get seized all the time.... that otherwise I would have paid the extra 30 bucks for the garaunteee option.

Crap King is not a breeder but rather they are merely distributors....with a very slick marketing spin

I have a theory which is totally speculation thus I may be wrong but I'll throw it out anyhow.

The names of our MJ strains are not copyright thus any dick head can take some well known strain name and start producing seeds.

I believe Crap King is buying these knock-off seeds dirt cheap and is flogging them as if they were purchased from a reputable breeder, thus the complete lack of quality control.

That was my thinking after I hung up (I couldn't take the way this dude was talking to me). I thought the sale of cannabis seeds were legal,...even on a federal level. It's only illegal on a federal level to cultivate the seeds. This customer rep told me that the distribution of cannabis seeds are illegal which is why they get seized all the time. He didn't off even so much as freaking apology. Ya know, fuck companies like this. They get so big, over marketed, and then they rely off their old reviews when they used to have good customer relationships. I would never buy from them again just out of principle. Maybe I just had bad luck and called the wrong guy on the wrong day to figure out where my seeds were at. I could go on. I'm pissed ha. Sorry guys for this being so long

Growing and smoking pot might be legal in a particular state but it's all illegal at the federal level and customs is a federal gig. If you're ordering seeds from outside your state/country and too cheap to pay for stealth shipping or guaranteed shipping then yo pays yo dolla and yo takes yo chances.

None of the seed banks grow their own and just act as distributors for the actual growers. Look at all the seeds being sold as F1s for the same price as stabilized strains. Total rip-off! That's been going on for years. Any old pollen chucker can cross two strains, slap a name on it and get $100 for 10 seeds that should be $1 each. I got a jar full!

If they stated on their website that "our seeds get seized all the time, so we highly highly reccomend the 30$ garauntee option, I probably would have never ordered from them I. The first place. It shouldn't be extra if this is the business they are in

Disagree with so much of this. But I absolutely agree with the overpriced seeds. Trust, I went all around my dispensaries trying to find some auto seeds (I've never tried autos and wanted to try running a few). Never again from cropkings

I'm calling them again and this time record it. i want to get this on record. The more I hear from you guys, the more I remember now,...the sale of cannabis seeds is completely legal federally and on a state level (this state anyway)

It can take 11 days just to get through customs. If they were seized your package will still arive, but with a card from customs instead of the seeds.

But they are illegal under us law:

Marijuana as defined by US law:

"Marijuana means all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa L., whether growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or resin.
It does not include the mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination."

I just got off the phone and wanted to write this reply as quick as possible. This customer rep was very very kind, looked up my shipping info and told me it looks like it should arrive tomorrow. I thanked her so much for the difference in bedside manner. Maybe this place will follow though. I'll let all of you know how it turns out

I'll be honest. I didn't know that. I thought once it was seized, it was gone...but that's how the first guy i talked to. He wouldn't even look up my shipping info to see where it's at. He said that's just the chance you take. And, like I said, I recently just talked to another customer rep and she said their site rarely ships that quickly lol. They need to update their site or they will have upset customers

This will be the first and last time I order from them. I agree with most other people. They've gotten so big, that the quality in their customer service is crap (they have so much money coming in I guess, that it makes a small purchase like mine unimportant to them). And from what I've recently heard, they have a very bad rep amongst other breeders for legitimate reasons. It sounds like they are a pest that needs to go away imo
