Roll It Up.org <-- searching the forums produces no results???

everytime i search for specific topics (say attitude seeds) i get no results. it seems like the search engine is shutting me out from doing simple searches and i can't figure out why

can anyone help

Go to google, type site:rollitup.org <search string>

obviously this will not find any threads that have not yet been indexed by google.

use google

go to google, enter your search string, then add 'site:rollitup.org' to the end of your search string

you cant be to specific. lets say your searching for the 4 strains the make up pineapple express. you cant just type that in and find it. try "pineapple express strains" then itll come up

put in "attitude" as a tag and you will find the seed bank

Yeah, I've noticed it doesn't work either. Even if you try putting something in that is already in a string like "aeroponics". It still says there aren't any results.

search is down so is uploading avatars along with the dberrors. Sounds like rollitup needs a new custom cms

Don't be afraid to ask questions alot of people know the search is down and won't bite your head off.

hey FDD I'm new to grow sites in fact this is the first site i posted on and although i've seen others which maybe better suited to me i still look for answers from the members of RIU.. mostly i like the layout and the threads that have helped me are really well documented but can you tell me why not many staff/admin will actually help you out cos not one of you have posted in any of my threads? it might just be too many newbies and too little time to answer but most newbie questions are answered by other new growers which doesn't give a very good incite??

I really like Roll it up, I just wish more experienced growers would help the newbies in their dilemmas.

i never have time to read the grow threads. we are working on a few things now that should help.
