That first one is burnt badly way to much N. Whats that medium you have used and nutes you added. As for the others looks like terrible drainage and over watered or under watered.

By medium do you mean by dirt, if so I don't know got them for free and I didn't add any nutrient supplements

It needs to be between 6.0 and 7.0 for a soil grow mate and by using a ph meter you can keep on track and keep it between them figure. Mine are pretty much always 6.7-6.9. I use de ionized water which helps keep soil within them readings. If you cant get the water to them readings you can use ph up or ph down

What should I do to the one plant the got transfer shock
It can take some time for the plant to recover "if it does" just keep the soil damp dont overwater and dont dry out. Dont be tempted to think more water will help as it will just lead to an overwatered scenario.
Put it under lights without burning and just wait and see if it recovers. No nutes to be added either

If i were you i would go get some new soil that you know how many weeks feed it contains and ensure its ph is between 6-7. Im uk based but i used all thro my grow john innes #2 it had nutes to feed for 4 weeks so all i did was water and give light for them weeks. Now have i only just started adding fox farms nutes at quater doseage. Heres my girls approxamitly 20 days into flower using the above set upDSC_0436.JPG

Did you water it too much? If not, could be a fungal infection of some sort, like Verticulum Wilt or Fusarium Wilt. Could also be soil pests like fungus gnats or springtails. If you see little white things jumping around on the soil surface it's springtails. If you see a lot of little flies it's Fungus Gnats. Most store bought potting soil isn't sterilized and often has such pests in it. Always good to microwave it until it's steams. Smells like hell though.
