The problem is that people have been saying this. It won't happen. I think I said that a couple months ago to in another thread.
 
I have to say I like the angle the local court case which gave us our recent status was fought on.
It was a simple case of your house is a private place, and you can do in the privacy of your home, anything that doesn't harm others.
Also it stated that it was a human right violation to have it banned.

Sure there are still gaps, but they have 18 months to sort out the laws and for public comment.

San diego county just banned all collectives shops and grows in all unicoporated areas. Far from that good in sd but yes there are shops.

I actually emailed diane jacobs not to long ago. She is the head cunty supervisor charging the anti pot movement in my opinion. She just said federal law blah blah. Also i went to a street fair in poway last week, they had an anti marijauna booth there..
