Confused; 4x2 grow space looking for led setup

Sorry i thought PLC was out of Vancouver.. I just bout some vero29 2700k 90cri from future electronics at 28$ CAD... Really good deal in canada.. Heatsinks are our biggest prob in canada.. Rapid led can help you out with heatsinks.. Might even help you out with low import fees... If you know to ask the right questions..

I checked future they have Mechatronix heatsinks but they are hella expensive - around 40$ ouch.

I know im like a strip evangelist but two EB strips at 1050 = 12000lm and its only 44$ - hestsinking is minimally required so that solves the cost in canada problem.

I bought simple aluminum track from home depot for 10$/piece

Heres a parts list and i linked each item and included shipping cost

$180 ( bridgelux eb 3500k 44"
$80 (4) sets of aluminum track from home depot

$120 (2) meanwell elg-200-c1050a/b from mouser
$30 wago connectors
$25 3m thermal tape (no screws or thermal paste required!)
$10 18 wire from home depot
$11 aluminum angle to frame the tracks together from home depot
$10 self tapping screws from home depot to screw all the tracks and angle frame together

$425
Easy to build

I think a 5th cob would do better in the 2x4... Just need the Hlg 240 h c1400b... I started w 4 now I have 6...
So I paid shipping twice.... Think ahead.. Do it right the first time...

You mean these old guys? I have 40 of them for sale for only 175$ each used for 4400 hours (rated for 100,000) and i live in canada

If I hadn't just spent 800 bucks on all cob technology I would take you up on a couple just to try em out..
My wife has taken notice of the last couple shipments from cdi... I should be set for the rest of my life..

Honestly, if you are able to use a drill and hacksaw without needing trauma surgery, then building your own fixture is much better. Lets you position the arrays to fit your layout. Glad that I built mine.
