I learn something new every time I log on here.
These are my "Go Nutz" made with combining milk and dark chocolates, your favorite nuts,
a quarter teaspoon of ABV or substitute with decarbed finely ground cannabis for a heavier kick. Rosin works well too.

Rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory poly arthritis victims (auto immune stuff) say it helps them to get rest and stay asleep when they need it. On my third since 7 Pm and I am ready to sack out. Can also be costly to prove and gain access again if one of the owners decides to not let you trespass on their land. Especially if you go up against Big Business.
A gate, a large ditch. Large rocks on the road etc are all easy to stop access and the legal fight to then gain access can be a nightmare with no guaranteed result in your favor.
But lets hope it doesnt come down to that..lol. I can understand why banks dont want the chance of a nightmare.

I know one of our neighbors has been living on this road for 25 years, so I think they would have a difficult time cutting us off now. Many of my neighbors have the tractors & the balls, to open any obstical placed in this road. lol

as I understand "the law" says you have easement rights after 7 years. I'm sure a good lawyer could keep the road open. there ani't nothing a big business would want out here anyway.
