Holes only one leaf? Normal?

Two weeks old organic plant. Only pest problems i have is mold gnats. Why is there little tears?

It will life to see another day and then some... Mold gnats? If they are like fungas gnats give it one pint of hydrogen peroxide to 4 pints water with next feeding.
Plants love the oxygen and great way to kill fungus gnats...

Peroxide compounds can be roughly classified into organic and inorganic. Whereas the inorganic peroxides have an ionic, salt-like character, the organic peroxides are dominated by the covalent bonds.

So go with the organic peroxide and you're staying organic...
Not sure about orgfanic peroxide -the salt in it might jack up the plant big time!
Salt in the soil will kill damn near anything -

Personally, I grow organic, but not 100%... I buy the pint bottles for a buck at the dollar store...
I will say this - Plants love it and kills those fuckers fast!

Get some fly strips for airborne and sticky things for the soil - just set em flat in your pots...
